The BBA Artist Prize 2023 open call has been running for a few weeks now. The BBA calls out an array of artists enter impressive works from various mediums. In order to share a brief showcase of the artists’ of the week, find here some of the already participating artists. Everyone is still in the running who entered the open call, to just feature a few. The last year’s BBA Artist Prize exhibitors
Starting from next week, the BBA will begin to release interviews from the previous Artist Prize exhibition. This one was well overdue, but hey better late than never. Keep a keen eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages over the next coming weeks to see behind the scenes interviews from last year’s shortlisted artists of 2022.

Open call to all artists
Anyone 18+ can apply – all genders and nationalities welcome
Submit up to 5 artworks – this entitles you to be eligible for the long and shortlist and show your art at our exclusive exhibition in Berlin.
No restrictions on experience or social / educational background.
Figures and Facts of the BBA Artist Prize
20+ artists selected by BBAs international Jury will exhibit in Kühlhaus Berlin, a 600 sqm venue, during Gallery weekend Berlin in April 2023.
BBA will award 5 prizes including international exposure and cash prizes. 1st prize winner receives a solo show at BBA Gallery.
For the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners DEEDS.NEWS will award a group show @CSR.ART Contemporary Show Room, Friedrichstraße in Berlin-Mitte.
All three winners and their works will be featured as an interview on DEEDS.NEWS.
