Caroline Wong‘s Feline Theatre will be featured at Neues Haus at Berliner Ensemble. Join us for the opening reception on Friday, October 18, at 6 PM (admission is free)! This presentation is part of Kunst im Foyer, an initiative by Corina and Max Krawinkel, continuing the Berliner Ensemble’s collaboration with contemporary artists during the 2024/25 season.
Matthias Dornfeld‘s work is part of a group show at Kunsthaus der Achim Freyer Stiftung in Berlin-Lichterfelde, on view until November 30. Curated by Sabine Bayer, the exhibition presents a diverse selection of artists from three generations, exploring the portrayal of the human face.
Klara Hobza will present her book On Slaughter at Zabriskie Buchhandlung in Berlin-Kreuzberg on Friday, October 25 at 7pm. In her second artist book, published at Mark Pezinger Books earlier this year, Klara Hobza explores the intimate process of animal slaughter through the lens of Markus, a farmer in Sweden. Join us to grab a copy and hear insights directly from the artist herself!
The Machine Monologs – Part I: The Storm
If you haven’t had the chance to see it yet, the solo exhibition The Machine Monologs – Part I: The Storm by Eli Cortiñas at Fotografiska Berlin is highly recommended and runs until December 1. In this exhibition curated by Marina Paulenka, Cortiñas critically examines the role of technology in our lives, offering a glimpse of hope amid a crisis of imagination.
For everyone who hasn’t seen Rachel Youn‘s current exhibition, Pleasure Circuit, at our gallery yet, we have extended the show until November 2!
And last but not least, we are excited to announce our first joint exhibition with Talisa Lallai (b. 1989). Titled Still Life, the exhibition will open on November 15 from 6 to 9 PM. For more details, check out our website!
