Concept

The term conceptionist typically refers to artists or thinkers who are part of the Conceptionist movement, an artistic and intellectual movement that emerged in the 20th century. Conceptionism, also known as Concretism, emphasizes the importance of ideas and concepts in art and thought. Those artists often work with geometric abstraction and explore the intersection of art, physics and mathematics. Their work tends to prioritize precision, clarity and the communication of ideas, resulting in visually striking and thought-provoking creations that challenge traditional artistic boundaries.
