BERLIN FASHION WEEK DESIGNERS SHINE IN TALENT TRUST SURVEY
In February 2024, Berlin Fashion Week collaborated with Talent Trust to survey models, aiming to ensure the event’s values were reflected in practice. The results are in, and they paint a fascinating picture of inclusivity and excellence. With 114 substantive responses, the survey offered valuable insights. Berlin Fashion Week’s commitment to diversity was evident, with 71% female, 22% male, and a meaningful representation of non-binary participants.
This diverse demographic showcased the event’s global appeal and the brands’ dedication to creating an inclusive environment. The survey also revealed outstanding satisfaction levels among models, with 90% expressing contentment with their workplace environment. Participants praised the professionalism of production teams and the warmth fostered by event organisers. However, BFW isn’t resting on its laurels.
